Inspectorify ("Inspectorify," "we," "us," or "our") is a professional community and industry intelligence platform for the Inspection, Testing & Certification (TIC) ecosystem and related technical industries.

Inspectorify is operated by IT KEY SOFTWARE, an individual developer based in Canada.

For these purposes, content submitted to the Services may be processed by automated moderation technologies and relevant service providers.

Inspectorify prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We may remove prohibited material, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information when legally required, and report suspected illegal activity or material to appropriate authorities or organizations as required by applicable law.

Delete Your Account in Inspectorify

You can permanently delete your account directly in the Inspectorify application:

  1. Open Inspectorify and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Select Profile from the app navigation.
  3. Select Edit profile in your profile header.
  4. Scroll to the Danger zone.
  5. Select Delete account.
  6. Review the permanent deletion warning, then select Delete account again to confirm.

After confirmation, Inspectorify deletes the account and signs you out. This action cannot be undone. It deletes your posts, comments, messages, AI chats, uploaded images, profile, and other data associated with the account, subject to the limited retention circumstances described below.

Deleting an account is different from temporarily restricting, suspending, or deactivating an account.

When your account is deleted, Inspectorify will delete or anonymize personal information and user-generated content associated with the account, except information that we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute-resolution, or enforcement purposes.

Information retained for these purposes will be limited to the purpose requiring its retention.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted through our normal backup procedures.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should notify us if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

Inspectorify is a professional platform intended for users who meet the minimum age required under applicable law and is not designed or directed specifically toward children.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to remove the information.

Inspectorify has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Content or conduct involving child sexual exploitation or abuse, including CSAM, is prohibited.
